SHOULD A COURT FIND THAT THE EXCLUSION OF LIMITATION SET FORTH HEREIN IS NOT EFFECTIVE, YOU AGREE THAT THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE SCHOOL, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LAW, SHALL BE $100.

Governing Law: The provisions of these Terms of Use and any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate state and/or federal courts in the County of Arlington, in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The failure of either party at any time to require performance by the other party of any provision of these Terms shall not affect in any way the full right to require such performance at any time thereafter; nor shall the waiver by either party of a breach of any provision hereof be taken or held to be a waiver of the provision itself.
